Custom Plastic Injection Molding
BNP has a long experience in producing many kinds of product parts by using various types of plastic materials. By the size of our machines ranging from 22 tons to 550 tons, ensure that our customer's requirement can be on time fulfilled with the maximum quality output.
Custom Plastic Extrusion Molding
For completing our customer's requirement, three lines of plastic profile extrusion are added in our production process. We can serve our customers both rigid and soft material, for example, PVC hose with reinforcement, PVC Profile, PP Pipe, PMMA light cover, PC tube, etc.
Vacuum & Pressure Forming
Plastic Vacuum & Pressure Forming: Both fully automatic and semi automatic Pressure and Vacuum forming machines are prepared for serving our customers' requirements. With the range of machines' table 60 cm. to 120 cm., can be served customers on every requirement's applications.
Mold & Die Manufacturing
Quality products start with quality molds and the BNP Product Development Centers make best molds.
Our mold makers utilize modern CNC mills, lathes and process-specific mold building equipment for unsurpassed mold quality. Molds are tested, sampled and de-bugged to ensure they are production ready. We stand behind our mold quality with guaranteed maintenance for as long as the tools are in our possession. This eliminates divided responsibility and assures you get worry-free project management.
Custom Plastic Blow Molding
BNP designs and builds the machines and the molds that produce your blow-molded products giving you faster results, better quality and lower costs. At BNP, we have the capabilities to meet your needs on time and with consistently great quality.
Assembling
BNP manufacturing facility provides assembly services of plastic and metal mechanical assemblies for its finished plastic products. BNP can also source other mechanical and metal components to provide finished mechanical assembly services for your plastic injection molded parts. BNP also provides assembly services of ultrasonic welding. BNP is consistently expanding its capabilities and services.
